Tu7 series TV stuck on phase 3 of set up

Stuck on phase 3 of set up for about 30 mins. Is this common? Says checking for saved setting in my Samsung account

Hello! If it is still stuck in the setup mode I would recommend restarting the TV and try connecting to the 2.4GHz and also skipping setting up the Samsung account for now as you should be able to come back later and set one up.
