LED and OLED TVsI like Samsung products i have tvs and cell phones but on my last purchase from Samsung I bought a tv and a walk mount that they say I needed for that tv. Samsung sold me a mount that turns out I couldn't use for that tv and the tv was delayed in being installed. I was told by the installers that the mount wouldn't work . I noticed Samsung explained the situation and they told me that the return policy was expired. How would I know the mount wouldn't work until the tv was being installed. The tv was delayed in being installed which wasn't my fault so they will not refund my money for a mount I can't use. Based on the situation they can make an exception but they won't. Bad business on their part.
