LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! You can try to use an Ethernet cable to see if this will help and make sure that your TV is updated to the most recent update available, but as your TV is older, and the apps have been updated more and more issues like this may occur. From looking at the compatibility information it seems 2015 TV is the oldest the app is compatible with.
Also, just want to through this in here that this can also be server issues on the app side that can be causing this.
