I received the following error message after downloading Magician to my Mac Mini:
"An error occurred while launching Magician Installer. Please try again."
That's it. No number or code, and I did not see this particular message on the message board. Some people advised others to move any other executable files from the download folder so I did that but it made no difference.
Moving the executable from the download folder to a new folder on your desktop and then running the executable from there usually solves that issue.
If it hasn't solved your issue, have you tried downloading the executable from Safari ?
Sometimes using a third party browser may cause weird security issues on a MAC. If your not getting any error codes or messages, this might mean this is some kind of security issue.
