Now i discovered problems with the USB Port and the serialNp. + Model is not shown in the menu .

I reseted the monitor ti the defalut setting but i did not helb.

Is there a way to change the firmware date or update it ?

Thank you in advance for any kind of a solution.

Hello. Briefly, you can update the monitor firmware with 1016 because the previous firmware update 1019 had a bug in displaying the monitor model in the monitor system itself, and the manufacturer removed the 1019 firmware. With firmware 1016 and no problems. And everything works without a problem. If you don't see the usb key port, try an older usb key that has from 4gb to a maximum of 16gb, because it is known that sometimes the usb key is not detected on the monitor ports.

Hello Damjan,

Thank you for reply
Once I try to update the firmware by an USB with version 1016 I get the massage that it couldn’t be updated because the current version 1019 on the monitor is newer than the version on the USB 1016 .
How could I skip this?
