A Series & Other MobileI would like to look into this issue further for you. Does your phone get hot to the touch? Did it cause any property damage or any harm to you?

A Series & Other MobileI had the same problem. My phone overheated was very strange thats happen when I was in the park. Suddenly it warmed up and then came off. But then I was surprised that when I arrived to my house when I put it to recharge it did not detect the charger so it was discharged and never turned on again. To get this over with quickly I researched with a technical friend and he said the charging port had to be replaced due to overheating stopped working. This often happens with this type of cell phone.
He fix it just installing a new charger port after that my cellphone works great again

A Series & Other MobileBefore recharging the battery, it should be almost completely depleted. Let it charge to full capacity and never leave phone charging overnight. This will help with battery and phone longevity.

A Series & Other MobileI definitely understand how concerning this is. Clearing the cache partition can be especially helpful after an update. Here are the steps to follow: https://www.lifewire.com/clear-cache-on-samsung-s10-5182265 I am also including some additional steps you can try: https://bit.ly/3sYktby If the phone continues to overheat and restart, it would be recommended to have the phone evaluated by a certified technician. You can take the phone to a local uBreakiFix, https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung. For additional service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
