QLED and The Frame TVs

IMG_5441.jpeg

This just happened over the last few days. It is a vertical yellow line Running down the Length of the  screen.. This is a 65 inch Q60BA Smart television that is not even 2 1/2 years old.
Is this dirty screen effect? Is it the LEDs failing I don’t know what it is. Anyone else ever had this problem?

Thank you

Hello! Thank you for posting about this.  Can you see if the yellow lines appear in the picture test? Here's a link you might find helpful: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/tv-audio-video/how-do-i-run-a-picture-test-self-diagnosis-on-my-t...

If the issue still occurs the unit will need service. Since your unit is out of warranty I recommend having a service technician take a look. If you would like to receive quotes on service/labor from an Authorized Service Center near you, please visit:http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location

Please let me know if that helps

Hi, I got a similar problem, but in my old 2017 Chinese phone name, "Bluboo 8+". It happens only when my phone gets hot and the bottom right area becomes yellowish as your tv.
So try not to put too much stress on tv and properly it will go away until it gets hot again.
