We have a frame TV and subscribe to the art store. We receive an error that says āerror failed to download āāwith a code of 2008 every time that we try to download art from the art store. we reached out to Samsung And try to troubleshoot. They couldnāt figure it out so they told us to contact the arts store directly. Thr frame store has not been responsive they told me they were working on it a month ago and I still have not heard any update even though I have requested. We are frustrated and disappointed. At this point weāre thinking of just canceling our subscription .
Same thing is happened to me too. I renewed my subscription thinking the error would resolve itself. It didn't. May need to cancel sub, if this issue persists
