We have a frame TV and subscribe to the art store. We  receive an error that says ā€œerror failed to download ā€œā€with a code of 2008 every time that we try to download art from the art store.  we reached out to Samsung And try to troubleshoot. They couldnā€™t figure it out so they told us to contact the arts store directly. Thr frame store has not been responsive they told me they were working on it a month ago and I still have not heard any update even though I have requested.  We are frustrated and disappointed.  At this point weā€™re thinking of just canceling our subscription .

Same thing is happened to me too. I renewed my subscription thinking the error would resolve itself. It didn't. May need to cancel sub, if this issue persists

This has been an ongoing problem for weeks if not months. Downloading artwork is a key feature of The Frame, so Samsung should have fixed this problem by now. Very disappointing.

We just paid our monthly subscription for art but we too receive the .(20008) error message.   Any clue on how to fix this?   Any clue on how to contact samsung?  Any help is appreciated.

I have the same problem. After I re-subscribed to the art store. This is mighty annoying.

We just got this tv for Christmas and spent all day installing it and trying to learn it.  Iā€™m an artist and really wanted to get this to display my own art. We have not been able to do so after hours of trying. It keeps saying both the mobile device (iPhone 15) and the Frame have to be on the same network. They both are. Says to Refresh and unplug if it doesnā€™t work. Done that dozens of time. Canā€™t figure anything out to reach someone to get help. Donā€™t want to order the art subscription if this is a big problem which Iā€™m reading here. This is the main reason I wanted this tv. Itā€™s the only tv in our house. Our only Christmas gift. Thinking of returning it if it doesnā€™t provide the most desirable feature. Bought it though Amazon so I have til Jan 31 to return.

Samsung, we too have the 20008 error code and there seems to be no fix for this; although I see you just charged me another month for a subscription that does not work.   Is this fixable?  Please advise and if so, how to resolve this issue.  We have tried everything.   If there is no fix and Samsung is not working to fix it; we will cancel the subscription and look for our refund.

I experienced this recently and a SmartHub reset fixed it for me. I'd done the reset on a hunch (it was a PIA to re-login and fix icons & such) but at the end it appeared that I'd regained a bunch of memory (top right of APPS screen iirc) so I'm just GUESSING that it freed-up needed cache memory or something.

I've a notion that I should plug a USB memory stick into it on the assumption that extra storage for it can't be a bad thing.
