Hi, I just got the latest frame tv 

when I turn off the tv to go to art mode, tv goes to art mode but I cant change the picture or access brightness or toggle between pictures. It’s either that one specific picture or if I press on home, it turns on. 
although I logged in my account and I have a subscription on it.
 What is the problem? How can I solve this since the art mode is the reason behind purchasing the tv really

I did a factory reset 

then did a reset smart hub 

then changed country 

now it works

However, if you are still experiencing issues, I recommend checking for software updates on the TV as well as performing a factory reset. Please let us know if this helps.

Thank you for answering, this is my second frame TV, hence I know exactly how to use it. I checked for software update - non. 
I will check factory reset and give you feedback

I am having this issue but I get an error "fraud" alert when trying to purchase. I have done the updates, the factory reset yada yada everything they have told me to do, but nothing works. My bank assured me the fraud alert is NOT coming from them as they never ever received a request for purchase.
