Audio and picture not in sync on 55" Frame 2022

Brand new The Frame 55". Model #QN55LS03BAFXZA
Connected to DirectV box and I also use the tv apps for amazon prime, Netflix, etc.

My audio and video keep falling out of sync. I go back (say, go to Amazon Home if watching an amazon series) and click play again and it's in sync. Temporarily. 

No sound bar.

Can this be fixed?

I can definitely understand how frustrating this may be. When the audio and video are not syncing, it can drive me crazy. Please ensure that you have the unit updated fully with the latest firmware. Still not syncing? A factory reset may be in order. If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis, please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
