QLED and The Frame TVsI run the home theater setup thru a Denon AVRS960 receiver. Whenever we switch input on the receiver (Cable box to Roku or vice versa) the TV auto mutes. The TV needs to be unmuted with the Samsung remote or if that doesn't work, power off. I've read the documentation and searched the internet and cannot find a solution. I want to shut off the auto mute. HDMI is plugged into the earc port.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! @lbrown63 I agree with @bill-e about the soft reset. It also sounds like the auto-muting could be related to the HDMI-CEC. Try checking the HDMI settings on the TV.
- Go to tv's setting
- navigate to General> External Device Manager> Anynet+
- Try disabling Anynet+ and see if the issue persists. This will stop the TV from automatically controlling other devices via HDMI-CECE
Also, check to see if the software is updated to ensure that both the TV and the receiver are running the latest firmware. Please let us know if this helps

QLED and The Frame TVsTry Unplugging the TV from the Power for 30 seconds or so and the plug back in.
