QLED and The Frame TVsSo I picked up a new Q80B TV and while playing my ps5 I noticed this during the loading screen. While the white circle is spinning on a black screen it lights the whole corner of the TV. Samsung customer support said this isn't normal and the TV needs serviced. Since I just bought it I exchanged it and the new TV does the exact same thing. Thanks in advance for any comments.

I definitely understand your concerns with the tv picture having a blur in the corner. I'll be more than delighted to assist with this issue. Being that the tv is new you may want to try adjusting the picture settings. Here's a link you may find helpful: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00079295
If all the steps above did not help, the unit will need to be evaluated by a certified technician, Depending on your warranty there are different options available.
