Frame 55 ART MODE SLEEP DOES NOT WORK!

freshly purchased TV dont go to sleep in art mode, timer set for 5 mins, and it does not work . There is no any motion because one more frame tv in  same wall but positioned vertically go to sleep perfectly.

Any toughts? Software is updated.
