Frame TV Constantly Rebooting

Hello, 

I just purchased a new Frame TV. The initial TV had a flaw so the installers recommended that I get a replacement ā€” though the TV worked well and I kept it on its stand until the new one came and they installed it on the wall.

Now, since I got the new TV the day before Thanksgiving, it constantly reboots, sometimes more than others. As of today, the TV is pretty much unusable because it was rebooting whenever I try to put a show on or change the settings.

I have tried all of the suggested troubleshooting steps including a factory reset. What I can see of the OneConnect cable is fine ā€” but I cannot get an 85ā€ TV off the wall to check the connection at the back (why I paid for installation) I have contacted Samsung and they want to send a repair person out. However, as this is a new TV, Iā€™m worried about getting a TV that needs ā€œrepairā€ in the first place! And that it will necessitate ongoing repairs after this first one - which is scheduled well into December.

Has anyone here had this issue and has the TV successfully been repaired??? I donā€™t want to keep dealing with a pricey TV that will constantly necessitate repairs (which take two weeks or so to get done).

I had the techs come and repair one of my Tvs that I had for 6 months and its still going strong and that was over 2 years ago the parts are all factory parts.

I had an issue with my Samsung TV. The power supply failed, and I contacted Samsung Support. They connected me with a local Samsung-authorized repair center. The service was fantastic. I received a text message and email from the repair company within a few hours after I contacted Samsung. The technician showed up on time. They used a moving blanket to lay on the floor and then fully tested the TV. They cleaned it with a microfiber cloth and put the TV back on the stand. I received a few messages after the repair to verify that everything was working correctly.
