Frame TV: art store subscription not recognized

Hello, I have an art store membership but it’s not recognized when I try to access art. And when I click on the renewal membership option it says that I already have an active membership. I tried log out and back in from Samsung account, tried to reset the smarthub nothing is working. I’m basically paying for nothing

Same issue. I went to setting and device maintenance and reset the smart hub. Unplugged the device for 30 minutes and still nothing when i purchased a year subscription

You don't need the subscription, you can use the smart things app to manually upload images from the Internet from your phone.

what is going on ? I downloaded some photos, now I'm not a member anymore

To those that say "you dont need a subscription", yes you do if you want continuous professional art, which is what the frame is designed for.

Same subscription errors here. Only allows "preview" and "trial", but my active subscription does not work. It also won't let me "subscribe" as It says I already have a subscription account. Definite a issue here with Samsung.

I am also having the same problem.  And I spent 45 minutes on hold with Samsung who said they would transfer me to someone who could help.  This is a joke to be paying or a service that has never worked.

Has there been any update on this issue because I am having the same probelm. I have an active subscition and it tells me a i need to get a new subscription. I have emailed Samsunge pictures and proof of purchase and all they keep telling is that I cancelld my subscription how do you cancel a annual subcription if the year hasn't finsihed out? I purchased the subcription on 10/23/23 and today is 12/22/23.

This is happening to us now...I got passed to the checkout.cs@samsung.com email address from general Samsung support and after reading all these responses I'm feeling pessimistic I'll hear back.  Has anyone had luck resolving this?

Update: no update at all.  Here's the email I got from frame.cs@samsung.com.


It's been 2 weeks since and no followup.  No one is paying attention at Samsung...
