QLED and The Frame TVsI just bought a new, factory sealed 65” Frame TV (2021 model) from an authorized dealer, and the accessory kit is missing. I have the TV, the one connect box, the stand and wall mount. There is no remote, power cord for the box or one connect cable.
The store told me that I need to get this kit through Samsung.
Is this handled through warranty?
