OLED S95B Series QN65S95BDFXZA screen saver

When watching over the air/antenna programs, the TVs screen saver comes on every few minutes and is really annoying.

Anyone have this issue too, and how did you fix it, if so?

I can't find any USB update files for this model either.

Ever since this suggestion was posted, my wechat app has disappeared. Not sure how or why, but I don't see it on the side anymore. Also curious, I haven't had the screen saver issue bother me for the last couple of days 🤔

Mine neither. I did see a chat bubble pop up once a while ago. I turned off auto power off last week and haven't had issues since though...

I don't have the "wechat" app installed.

I never installed a WeChat app but I saw some chat now options pop up on side of TV if that is what they talking about

I definitely didn't install it myself, but it seems to have been bundled in with the 1520 firmware update. Every time I watch a game or a popular show OTA, a little "Chat while you watch" bubble pops up on the far right of the screen. I've been ignoring it, but I'll try to disable it the next time it pops up, and see if that resolves the screen saver issues. I don't know how else to find the app otherwise. It's not on the homepage.

I had the main board replaced and updated the firmware to the latest version. It has been a week and the screen saver seemed to be resolved.

Ok, was able to find the App. It's called Chat Together. It installed itself with the most recent update and supposedly lets you chat with others in chat rooms for (mostly) popular live television. Which makes sense why I primarily experience the screen saver issue while watching sports. I stopped notifications, left the service, and deleted the App. So far so good.
