QLED and The Frame TVsHave been unable to sign into paramount+ app on my Samsung TV model QN55Q60AAFXZA. Have unsuccessfully resolved the issue with paramount+ customer service. It works on my 75” Samsung and roku, but no luck on the 55” Samsung. Any suggestions on what may be blocking it would be appreciated! Thanks!

QLED and The Frame TVsHello, There @4thing! Welcome to the Community! It sounds like this is potentially an issue with the paramount plus app based on the context of your post. Here are some things we can try in regards to resolving this and getting you back to enjoying the app.
1. Try unplugging your television for thirty seconds, then plug it back in and try again. If there are any glitches that is the cause this will clear those out.
2. Next, we recommend checking your software to ensure you have the latest version of firmware (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062224/)
3. Delete the application and reinstall it from the app store. (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062169/)
If none of these steps are working, and you’re still not able to get in we can only recommend reaching out to paramount plus customer service for further assistance, as this would be an app developer issue.

QLED and The Frame TVsHave you tried signing in "On the Web" using the Paramtoung+ website? I just tried and it works just fine for me.
