All,
I've had a QN65Q80BAFXZA for a couple of years now. When I first set it up, it always wanted to connect to the Wi-Fi instead of the LAN connection. Somehow I disabled the Wi-Fi and now I have something that needs a wireless connection to connect to the TV, but there is no Wi-Fi option when I get into the network settings. I've tried resetting the network settings, but still nothing. Any ideas on how to re-enable the wireless connection?

QLED and The Frame TVsHello @Members_fdO912J! Thank you for reaching out! If making sure that the Wi-Fi options is enabled and still not working. I would recommend a factory reset on the TV. After that service will be required. Depending on your warranty you will have a few options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

QLED and The Frame TVs@Members_fdO912J According to Page 12 of the manual, to enable Wifi again you will need to go to
Menu -> Settings -> All Settings -> Connection -> Network -> Expert Settings -> Wi-Fi
The manual is located at https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202411/20241106103046697/BN81-22795A-670_EM_OSNATSCB_N...
