"Have you tried connecting it via Ethernet to see if the issue persists? Have you tried a smaller thumb drive formatted in FAT32?"

The other person was trying to do the update via wireless so they suggested connecting the TV via Ethernet cable from the router or downloading the update onto a thumb drive formatted in FAT32. The thumb drive option worked for them.
