Standby Light not working

New QN95C standby light is not illuminating when tv turned off with remote.

Any help appreciated.

Hi there, That's interesting. It's possible the TV is being put into Art Mode instead of being turned off. If this is the case, press and hold the power button on the remote or use the button located directly on the TV to power it off.
