QLED and The Frame TVsHi @Mocha0704! Along with the prior information shared by the community, I would suggest two other things from experience as well. First would be that if it happens again, call your service provider and have them ping your box.
Another thing to consider, are you using the same HDMI cable from the television that you have previously? You may need a higher speed HDMI cable.
