frame tv will connect to IPTV and Samsung TV but not to Telus optik

Frame TV stopped connecting to Telus Optik on HDMI 1.  Still connects to IPTV on HDMI 2.  LG soundbar connects to optic.  Can still access apps and internet.   Have rebooted everything.  Nothing helps.
