Bright and dark and in between.

I've had my Frame(QN55LS03RAFXZA) since 2020 and last night, I noticed a dark area on the right side of my screen. I noticed the black was a lot darker compared to the rest of the screen. I'm not sure what to do.

What is that thing in front of your screen? Does it have speakers? If so move it. It could be the magnetic field from the coils.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be concerning with your TV screen having these display issues. I would recommend trying what @JustMeHere said, if there are powerful magnets in those it can cause this to happen. If this is still occurring once that is removed then this will require service. As your TV is out of warranty you can use the link below to get set up for service.
