For the past few days my phone have been operating very strangely in which an advertising application will open randomly and start showcasing random advertising campaigns. I have deleted every gaming application including windows and still nothing. After reviewing the settings it appears it's a Samsung member app. So how do you delete it? Thanks in advance.
Go to settings >> apps >> find the Samsung Members app and uninstall it. Or find it on the home or app screen, press and hold the icon and select uninstall; make sure you have the "lock home screen" option off.
