Hello, We understand how frustrating it is when you are unable to make in-game purchases.
You can try clearing the app cache and then reopening the app and trying the purchase again. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/
If you are having trouble with making purchases using Samsung Pay, please reach out to the Samsung Pay team directly by calling 1-844-726-7297.
If it just one specific app that is sending the error message, you will need to reach out to that apps develops directly for assistance.

Samsung Apps and Serviceshow do I get Samsung to take my money? support gives advice that doesn't help, for them everything is solved by resetting cookies, but in fact it doesn't work that way.
