So by the end of talking with them for about an hour now all I said is I need to go to a service center and they can help fix it and that that's the only way to fix it right now and it's really annoying

Is anyone having issues after this system update? I can't see who's calling me when receiving calls. This is so frustrating

Apparently a lot or people are having this issue, but I haven't upgraded yet since the A13 5G hasn't received Android 14 yet.

Yes, I have the same issue. I'm sure Samsung is working on it. I just now downloaded the Google phone app, and it appears to work fine. The screen stays on, and I can see who called me. I have not played with it enough to tell if my custom ringtones still work or if my contact groupings are still intact. Most importantly, placing calls and receiving them with the screen displaying them works so far. Give it a try. I'm using an S22 Ultra.
