Phone app Crashing after One UI 6.0 update.

After One UI 6.0 update, I can't see who is calling or accept/reject the call.

There's a problem with my phone too. I get a call but I can't answer it, I can't touch it and I can't see the screen.

Seems like there's a few of us with similar issues after the new update last night. Wonder how long till they will fix the problem. I cannot call , view my contacts or text. & this **bleep** error pops up every 2 min.

Same issues I’m having and Samsung reps are the worst! No one seems to know anything AT&T, Asurion, Android , ughhhhhh!

I'm told I was among the first to report this to engineers early this morning. We came up with option #6 with the Phone by Google app after trying all other methods. I just left from seeing my AT&T rep in-person where we converted me over to an eSIM, but that didn't fix the issue with the apps crashing that OP mentioned. Please DO NOT be flooding your local AT&T stores to get a new SIM. Although it may have worked for some, I don't believe this will actually fix the issue for most. My suggestion is to use the Phone by Google app as a temporary workaround until a patch is released.

This solution worked for no one. I haven't seen a single person post it worked for them. It's just a bogus solution provided by some idiots on this thread that probably don't even have a Samsung phone and yet they're moderators.

Download the phone app from the Google play store set it as default and your phone will work
