Phone app Crashing after One UI 6.0 update.

After One UI 6.0 update, I can't see who is calling or accept/reject the call.

These are the pop ups showing up.

 Need to fix ASAP

No I have not been able to get it fixed yet. But as soon as I'm done with my appointment this morning. I plan on stopping by best buy and see if they can possibly help me

Try another phone app. Google phone, Drupe, etc.... if that doesn't work try clearing your cache.

Many are downloading the Google phone app. AT&T is directing us to Samsung. Samsung tells us to call AT&T 🤦🏿‍:female_sign:

Ditto to the above comment. This latest update has ruined my phone call functions. And it's a holiday. I'm pretty upset! Help Samsung!!!

Anybody else experiencing this my phone keeps crashing while on on calls. It flashes constantly I have the galaxy 22 ultra and this last update killed my phone. Need help quick because I use my phone for work and it's horrible I can't see who's calling or anything.

Yup. Same here. Since I updated to Android 14 I can't make calls. The app flashes. Also the phone app doesn't appear on my screen when I receive calls as well.

I have a S22 Ultra.

Download Google Phone as a workaround to place calls while they fix the other phone calling app 😁👍
