Samsung Apps and ServicesHello. We are using the Samsung Email app on our work phones with an IMAP account. When our users are sending calendar invites from their Outlook desktops the Samsung email app doesn't show anything in the email.
The user can see and accept the invite in their Outlook on their Windows PC but the Email app on their phone just shows it as blank.
Does anyone know how to get the invites to populate properly in the Email app?
Thank you!

Samsung Apps and ServicesAre these email accounts Outlook or Office365 accounts? Use the Outlook or Exchange option to add email accounts in the Samsung mail app. Then you can sync calendar and contacts too. Calendar invite acceptances work that way.
IMAP is for email syncing only. Nothing else.

Samsung Apps and ServicesHello.
Thank you for the tip but the server we use supports IMAP and POP. It does not support active sync.
Does anyone know if this is a bug in this version of the mail client? I'm pretty sure it used to work fine. We've been using Samsung Email for 10 years now.
Thank you!

Samsung Apps and ServicesI only used Samsung's email for a short time last year while waiting for my preferred email client app to be updated to support modern authentication to continue working with Outlook accounts.
I actually use the BlackBerry Hub+ Suite for Android. I just like how it works. Even though it's a $1 a month subscription.
And I haven't used an IMAP account in over 10 years for the very reason that it does not do calendar and contact syncing.

Samsung Apps and ServicesAny update on if this is going to get fixed or some status? We like using this application but need the invites to function at least in a rudimentary fashion like they used to.

Samsung Apps and ServicesHello Questions1, Thank you for being part of the Community. We understand the frustration of using the Outlook calendar with Samsung email.
Have you synced the Outlook Calendar and Samsung Calendars on the phone? https://www.samsung.com/ie/support/mobile-devices/how-to-add-an-outlook-calendar-to-the-calendar-app...
For additional information on using the Samsung calendar, please see: https://www.samsung.com/levant/support/mobile-devices/how-can-i-use-the-calendar-app-on-my-samsung-s...
If the calendar invites from Outlook still do not appear on the phones, we recommend submitting an error report to provide the information to Samsung. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692
