When I look at ENERGY SCORE in the Samsung Health app, it shows HRV SCORE. It does not state if the measaurement is SDNN or RMSSD. Interpretation is different for sdnn versus rmssd.
Can anyone link me information on if the Samsung Watch MEASURES HRV using SDNN or RMSSD?
