Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

I've had the same problem, just turned the TV on and all I'm getting is antenna TV. No app anywhere to install

I’m having the same exact problem & it started today. I’ve been looking up every way to fix this and nothing changed yet !! I also only buy Samsung tv’s just for this feature . Now I’m having this problem. Send help pleaseeeee.

Same thing here.  Watching TV Plus this morning and poof it was gone.  When I check

the app it says "Terminated."  By whom?  No idea.  All my other apps (Netflix, etc) are working.

The funny thing is I was headed to best buy to pickup a new Tv for the den. I'm going to wait till this afternoon for this to be resolved or I may find myself with a new Sony. A major selling point for Samsung is Tv plus, without it its no better then a Walmart brand Tv. I have asked my friends on Facebook, it seems many people are having this problem. Not great marketing to do this the week running up to Xmas. It better just be a problem and not a permanent removal.

Would have been nice to have some communication regarding this, as I gave 4 TVs that it disappeared from. I will wait.
