This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
Same here. Was working fine this morning. Now I came home and it's gone. Try to reinstall it and doesn't install. Can't check for firmware updates for tv. Everything else web connected works. Come on samsung this app is 1 reason I'm such a loyal Samsung customer.
SAME!!!.. it's been 2 hours of us trying g to figure out what is going on. The tv was fine and playing on one channel. The next it switched off to regular antenna channel. When I press the samsung tv plus button it gives me "not available".. I don't understand how the app can just disappear? It kept saying we had to download the samsung tv plus app. But it was never deleted. And when we do try to reinstall the app. We get the same error message "not available".. it's the oddest thing.
