Samsung Apps and ServicesYes my bad I'm accessing it through web and the app is not working I've tried multiple solutions like soft reset, reinstalling the app, removing cache and storage, and finally removing cache system level nothing has worked unfortunately.

Samsung Apps and ServicesIn that case, send an email to this address. This is the email registered in the Google Play Store for the Samsung Members app. They should be able to resolve this for you.
