Samsung Apps and ServicesI had built custom weather proof dome enclosures for a half dozen PZT cams. They all worked perfectly. Itās not right to trash hundreds of dollars worth of perfectly good hi def cameras.
Since this stab in the back I have deactivated all my samsung cameras including the fixed view that still worked, 12 cams all together and replaced them with REOLINK POE and WiFi 4k cameras. Their app is excellent and zero monthly fees!
ADIOS SAMSUNG!

Samsung Apps and ServicesMy THREE cameras have not worked since the Wisenet Samsung SmartCam app shut down and no one can give me any answers. I have been calling and text chatting with Samsung support for MONTHS with no results.
Couldn't be more angry. Will NEVER BUY SAMSUNG ANYTHING AGAIN.

Samsung Apps and ServicesThanks, but thatās only for Android. I still have the older iOS version and it works only when Iām connected to a wifi network which isnāt very helpful when Iām on the road.

Samsung Apps and ServicesThe solution to download older versions worked for a while, but today I got a notice that they will no longer work on mobile units. Why have the smartcam if you can't view them on a mobile? If I can't receive notices immediatly, I have no use for Samsung smartcam. I won't even buy a Samsung mobile phone after this.

Samsung Apps and ServicesThis is not a solution now as of 12/2/24, because this app is not available in the app store nor can you download it off the site. So did everyone just have to go get new cameras? I talked to about 8 agents today and they are all with some company called Hanwha and they said they no longer support any Samsung devices so they couldn't tell me where to go. And I got their number off of the SAMSUNG website under "support".
My Samsung cameras cost me over $200 each and I have THREE of them that are now basically BRICKS.
Is there any other solutions at this time or do I have to buy all new cameras?

Samsung Apps and ServicesI guess I am in the same boat as everyone else here. Have model SNH V6410PN. Guess I'll call Samsung to verify what the if any options are.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI've noticed that the old Samsung apps for the SNH-V6410PN SmartCam stopped working this morning too (17-July-2024). It's quite frustrating without any prior warning. Has anyone found a workaround or any new info on this?
