Voicemail hangs up immediately after recent update

After a recent upgrade ~ I CANNOT access my voice-mail!
No matter what I try, it starts to call and then immediately hangs up!
Help.
What's going on?
How can I once again access my voicemail??

Contact your service provider. Voice mail is their responsibility

You no longer have to call to get voicemail.
On your screen access the app drawer, in the search box type in voicemail, open it follow on screen prompts. Put app on your sccreen
