Wells Fargo App , no Storage Permission present

Had something changed in recent updates? I receive the below error when trying to view a statement pdf on the app. But when I go into permissions for the app Storage is no longer and option. And there are only 4 apps in the permission manager that have the option to toggle on and off. It should be much more based on past setups
