Battery problems of galaxy tab s7 plus

Hi, I bought a galaxy tab s7 plus and the charge last 6 hours top. In 15 minutes it decreased 6% or more. Since the second day is like that. Is there anyproblems? Can I ask for the warranty?

If your tablet isn't charging, set it to Airplane Mode and reduce the brightness to extend the battery life while you work to solve the problem.

If the unit is still not charging after completing the troubleshooting steps in the link above service is required.

 

Here are some service options for you:
