Turned tablet on. Home screen completely different. Can't side bottom up to see all apps loaded. Can't swipe left or right. Can swipe down. Wallpaper not showing. Only 8 icons show. When I hold on lll button at bottom of screen, I gain access to different icons that sometimes change positions, or outright change. I am completely confused and at a loss. I don't know what happened in the first place. Nor do I know what to do to fix this mess.

Press and Hold Power and Vol Down until it reboots.

Is your background black and you can only see 2 rows of icons? If so, it may appear your turned on Maximum Power Saving Mode
