Just got this for my daughter and her youtube will not load the page at all , also I tried to turn off parental restrictions and it still says it's on! Plus it won't let me do a factory reset anyone know how I can fix this lol ugh so frustrating !!
Try going to the google play store and then Uninstall the app and then reinstall it, also if you need to do a full factory reset go to the settings and then go to the bottom and you will see about the tablet, and then you can reset the tablet from there
