@ My S7 fe works fine with the pen but does not respond to inputs from my fingers. If I misplace my pen I can no longer open or use my S7. I have tried to look up answers without any joy. I have the Samsung SM-T733 Galaxy Tab S7 FE
Assuming that you've tried Safe Mode, Power + Vol Down and Power Off and then on. I'd try Settings-"General Management->Reset->Reset All Settings. This will reset the settings in the Settings app not not delete anything.
