Hi Samsung, I need your help to review if my washing machine working correctly when operating, it sounds like a helicopter on every spinning. One of the worse experience Washing Machine I have encounter.

Below the video is a technician from Samsung saying the machine should sound like this helicopter:

After October 2023 the Machine was back at my house, and the technician just asked me to monitor it and was reluctant to reply to my message:

My everytime routine of washing clothes sounds like a nightmare to me:

My Washing Machine (WW95T534DAE) was delivered on Feb 2023 to my house, it has been on and off at the service centre from May until October 2023, and nothing can be fixed.
