We purchased a new washer a few months ago and it’s been making a clicking noise as soon as the cycle starts. Sometimes it will stop and return towards the end of the cycle. Any idea what may be the issue? The machine is level, and will happen pre-spin, so it doesn’t seem to be associated with an unbalanced load. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Can’t seem to add a video, but the clicking is very fast paced- was able to add video when I accidentally posted on the UK site:  Video Posted Here

What @JBTechfanatic said is the best course of action. If none of the troubleshooting and replacing the nozzle corrects the issue, service is the next recommended step.

- Since your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one-year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

This sounds like the water pump. It could be struggling to get enough water. I recommend disconnecting the hose, getting a bucket, and flushing out your lines. Make sure everything is flowing through the spigot properly. If it is, have a warranty tech come out and check your water pump. If it's not, replacing the nozzle coming out of your wall will likely fix the problem; they get corroded quickly over the years and need to be replaced.
