My wife has hated this washer since we got it. Sometimes it works correctly but most often not. It runs on and on with rinse and spin for hours. I have to shut it off and usually put it on the quick wash setting to get it to finish. I saw in your notes that there might be air in the lines. No air! Also reset the machine by unplugging the power and holding the start/ pause button for ten seconds. Neither fixed this issue. She wants it thrown in the ditch but as a life long mechanic I'm sure there must be a cure? Is there any recalls on this washer on this problem? Is there a fix for this issue? Thanks, Frank Ward

Washers and DryersThere is a solution to this on the tenth page in another thread. The solution is to take the rear cover off your machine, and use zip ties to secure the (probably pieces of the broken) wire harness holder and vibration sensor in place. see https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Washers-and-Dryers/Washer-stuck-in-spin-cycle-WF45K6500A/td-p/33...

Washers and DryersUse your model # to download a pdf file of repair manual from brand website with Google search, then go to diagnostic section of file. Follow the instructions, you will need a multimeter as well as some basic tools.

Washers and DryersHi,
My washer is becoming unbalanced and is getting stuck in a rinse and spin cycle repeat. I looked at the forum posts and saw similar issues but have not seen a fix yet. I took the top off and looked at the suspension rods. They seem to be okay. Any suggestions?
Thank you.

Washers and DryersWasher won’t start. No code. Acts like it is going to and then stops.
