My wife has hated this washer since we got it. Sometimes it works correctly but most often not. It runs on and on with rinse and spin for hours. I have to shut it off and usually put it on the quick wash setting to get it to finish. I saw in your notes that there might be air in the lines. No air! Also reset the machine by unplugging the power and holding the start/ pause button for ten seconds. Neither fixed this issue. She wants it thrown in the ditch but as a life long mechanic I'm sure there must be a cure? Is there any recalls on this washer on this problem? Is there a fix for this issue? Thanks, Frank Ward

With this being a front load washer, have you cleaned and drained the debris filter and emergency hose?

Thanks, I looked at this today. The filter was very clean. The emergency hose does not seem to be issue either.

This is going to require service as the troubleshooting steps didn't work. You can use the following link to locate a service center near you: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/

WA52M7750AW Stuck in spin cycle.  Load is not out of balance - Machine is level - I have recalibrated.

It gets down to about 5 min Ur code and goes back to rinse and will run all day.  This unit is only 1-1/2 years old.  Very frustrating.

Have you tried to unplug the unit 3-5 mins or turn it off by the circuit breaker? Please feel free to send me a private message with your full model number. I would love to look into this further for you. http://bit.ly/2tCGnGK

My front load wahser runs down to 4 minutes then jumps up to 9 minutes and repeats.  Sometimes it just gets plain stuck and wont wash or spin.  No codes appear.  What can i do I barely purchased 14 months ago and already out of warranty.

I'm sorry to hear that, have you had a chance to try the troubleshooting steps in the link below?

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01000997/

If the troubleshooting steps did not help above then you have a couple of options based on your warranty.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
