@A-34 Do you mean carrier unlock? If so, you need to contact your carrier and ask them the process.

Yea what LongHiker said.

You have to contact your carrier. But if for some reason, after a year, if you still happen to be paying off the phone, they won't unlock the phone until you pay the rest of the balance.
