A Series & Other MobileWhen I answer or make a phone call, people can't hear what I'm saying. Its like the microphone is off. If I turn on and off the speakerphone then the regular microphone will work fine.. It only does it at the start of a phone call. Please help

A Series & Other MobileI myself have this problem but toggling the speaker phone does not help.
I have tried :
•Restarting my phone
•using earplugs (w/mic)
And I just don't know what else to do

A Series & Other MobileYour fix does not work. I've even sent the phone while under warranty back to Samsung in Texas and they returned it to me stating "Cannot be Fixed". Great company.....NOT.

A Series & Other Mobile1 week old phone
5 of 7 mornings had Mike & speaker problem as described each morning.
Safe mode reboot & return to normal it works without loosing info etc.
Trying this:
Turn off wifi & data
Check in a.m.
If it works, something is happening in Norton or another update/scan

A Series & Other MobileI have a Samsung galaxy j3 and I have had this Mic issue since I got it this Tuesday. The Mic won't work at all, j can't talk during calls or say ok Google. I have tried to clean out the Mic port, clear data caches, restart the phone, turn speaker mode on and off during calls, the whole nine yards. Nothing works. If you can do your job and find out why this happens it would be greatly appreciated.
