Notification panel Bug

The Notification panel is transparent that you can barely see it. This happens on my Galaxy A54 sometimes.

I'm not going to try and persuade you to do something to fix your issue. It's up to you. There's only 2 options and you don't want to use good lock so you have 1 option and that's the only thing you can try. If that doesn't fix it you have a phone issue and it will need to be replaced because I've never seen a phone do that

Take a screenshot of your notification panel. Pull down the Shade !

@ Robin Well I gave them 2 solutions and they don't want to try either 1 so I don't know what else to tell them. And I said if neither solution works they may need to get the phone replaced because it may be a phone issue. So I don't know

Yeah, I think first they have to define what they believe is the notification/quick settings panel. Pulling down at the top, would not keep your home screen visible. Even if it was 100% transparent, you would still see notification texts and the quick settings icons.
