A Series & Other MobileI have a fairly new Samsung J3 Orbit and the settings app on my phone has recently stopped working. I've tried rebooting my phone and it still doesnt work. What should I do?

A Series & Other MobileI had found a you tube video showing me how to hard reset it. I was able to then do a factory reset on it shortly after I posted my question. Thank you very, very much.

Could you please elaborate on the symptoms you are experiencing?
Are you able to pull the notification tab down? If so, tap on the gear icon in the right corner of the phone and this should open up your settings.
